CCTS Information
Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services,
and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about
your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider.
If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.

Commission des plaintes relatives aux services de télécom-télévision (CPRST)
La CPRST est un organisme indépendant ayant pour mandat de régler les plaintes des particuliers et des petites entreprises de
détail relatives aux services de télécommunication et de télévision. Si vous avez une plainte à formuler concernant vos services –
que ce soit le service téléphonique, le service sans fil, le service Internet ou de télévision –, vous devez d'abord tenter de la
régler directement auprès de votre fournisseur de services. Si vous l'avez fait et que vous n'êtes pas parvenu à régler la plainte
